1. Order Processing Timeline


All fully paid orders start packaging processing within 1 to 2 regular business days from payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and all U.S. federal holidays. Any order submitted on weekends or official U.S. holidays will be arranged for processing starting the next available working business day. Our daily order cutoff time is 3PM Central Time (Texas local time).

2. Domestic United States Shipping Rules


For contiguous Lower 48 United States destinations, we provide three regular shipping arrangements. Standard ground delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after shipment dispatch. All domestic orders subtotaling over $59 before tax qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping; orders below the $59 threshold incur a flat domestic ground shipping fee of $7.99. Expedited priority shipping arrives within 1–3 business days nationwide with a fixed flat cost of $14.95. Overnight express next-business-day delivery pricing is automatically calculated at checkout according to the recipient’s specific zip code.

Shipments heading to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other U.S. outlying territories require extra remote location surcharges which are calculated and displayed during checkout automatically. Our primary domestic logistics partners include USPS, UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery.

3. International Shipping Terms


We deliver goods to most countries around the globe. Final international shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on item total value, package weight and destination country. All destination-side import duties, customs clearance fees and local brokerage expenses are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. ChapmanCooks does not cover any cross-border customs-related charges per international commerce regulations. General international delivery transit spans 7 to 25 business days, subject to local customs clearance progress.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Alerts


Once goods leave our San Marcos warehouse, our system sends an automated email containing valid tracking numbers to the buyer’s checkout email address immediately. Customers can check real-time parcel progress via corresponding carrier official websites or our dedicated order tracking page at champmancooks.shop/pages/track-order.

5. Uncontrollable Delivery Delays


ChapmanCooks is not responsible for delivery delays triggered by events outside our reasonable control, including postal system backlog, natural disasters, carrier labor strikes, unexpected customs detention and incomplete or incorrect customer shipping addresses leading to delivery failure. If a parcel is officially marked lost by shipping carriers after their full investigation, shoppers can contact our customer service at +1 6129633630 to apply for item reshipment or eligible order refund following case review.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments


Customers must verify recipient shipping address accuracy before completing checkout payment. Packages returned back to our warehouse due to invalid or insufficient delivery address leave two options for buyers: pay additional re-delivery freight for secondary reshipment of items, or request product refund where original outbound shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
