  1. Pricing & Currency

    All product prices listed on champmancooks.shop are denominated in United States Dollars (USD), exclusive of applicable state sales tax per Texas & US federal tax law. Final billing amount at checkout includes mandatory sales tax for shipments within US states where taxable sales apply. ChapmanCooks reserves the right to revise listed product pricing without prior notice for pre-order/in-stock items, with confirmed locked pricing for finalized placed orders.
  2. Accepted Payment Methods

    ChapmanCooks accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Shopify Payments gateway. Payment authorization is processed instantly upon order submission; full funds capture occurs when order is marked processed for shipment.
  3. Invoice & Billing Issuance

    Digital tax invoice will be auto-delivered to customer’s submitted email within 24 business hours post successful payment. Physical paper invoice is available upon written request via contact@champmancooks.shop or phone +1 6129633630. All billing inquiries shall reference original order number for fast verification.
  4. Late Payment & Chargeback Terms

    Prepaid orders are fully due at checkout; no post-delivery net-term billing for individual retail customers. Unauthorized payment chargebacks initiated without valid return/refund justification will result in administrative processing fee of $25 per disputed order plus related bank/processor penalty costs recoverable from customer. If fraudulent chargeback is confirmed, ChapmanCooks reserves rights to restrict future site purchase access and pursue legal remedy per Texas civil law.
  5. Tax Responsibility

    ChapmanCooks collects destination-state sales tax per US marketplace facilitator laws. Customers outside US territory are responsible for all import duty, customs tax and local clearance fees imposed by destination country government.
  6. Billing Modification & Dispute Resolution

    Any billing discrepancy must be submitted within 15 calendar days after invoice receipt via official contact channels. Unresolved billing disputes shall be governed by the laws of Texas, USA, with dispute venue at Hays County court, San Marcos TX.
